Agentic platform for cross-border marketplace selling

IndiaEnd-to-end build

The reason most brands never sell abroad is not demand — it is that the paperwork costs more than the first year of sales.

Thousands of Indian brands sell well at home and don't exist on Amazon UAE, US or UK — not because the demand isn't there, but because cross-border marketplace entry is a gauntlet of onboarding, compliance, cataloguing and advertising that most brands never attempt. This platform runs that gauntlet with AI agents. It is in build now.

01

The problem domain

Getting one brand onto one foreign Amazon marketplace is a project, not a signup. Seller registration and identity checks come first, then tax registration in the destination market. Categories may be gated and need approval before a single unit can be listed. Products need marketplace-standard identifiers, and packaging and labelling that satisfy the destination country rather than the home one. Fulfilment has to be chosen and the inventory physically got there. Only then does the listing exist — at which point it is invisible until somebody runs advertising against it and watches the numbers daily.

Every one of those steps is knowable, documented and tedious, and each has to be repeated per brand, per product and per marketplace. Done by hand it is slow and expensive enough that it mostly doesn't happen — a market failure made entirely of admin. That is precisely the shape of work agents are good at: bounded, rule-heavy, high-volume, and verifiable at the end of each step.

What we're building

A

An agentic pipeline, end to end

  • Scouting — identifying Indian products and brands absent from target foreign marketplaces.
  • Onboarding and compliance — the paperwork gauntlet, automated with human checkpoints.
  • Listing and catalog building to each marketplace's requirements.
  • Ad-campaign setup and ongoing performance monitoring once live.
A

Where the agents stop and a person starts

The design question in a platform like this is not what the agents can do; it is which steps must never be taken without a human. Anything that creates a legal or tax obligation in a foreign jurisdiction, anything that commits real money to advertising, and anything that makes a compliance claim about a physical product belongs behind an explicit checkpoint. The agents prepare the work to the point of decision; the decision stays attributable to a person.

B

Failure has to be cheap

A pipeline this long will fail somewhere on most runs — a rejected document, a category approval refused, a listing kicked back for an identifier problem. The system is therefore built to hold a brand's progress as durable state rather than a single long transaction: every stage resumable, every rejection explained in terms the brand can act on, and no step silently retried against a marketplace that will penalise the seller for it.

Most of what we build is under NDA — yours would be too, unless you told us otherwise. Send the requirement and you get back a functional specification, at no charge.
